Slide Preview Room
To ensure the smooth running of sessions, speakers and presenters are requested to report to either of the Slide Preview Room at V102, Level 1 (next to Theatre 1) or S230, Level 2, HKCEC to upload and check your presentation(s) at least half day prior to your session(s).

Exhibition
An exhibition featuring the latest products, equipment and educational materials in oral & maxillofacial surgery will be held on 27 – 29 March 2026 at Convention Foyer and Convention Hall A&B, Level 1, HKCEC.

e-Posters
e-Poster viewing stations are located at the designated area in Convention Hall A and B, Level 1, HKCEC.
Coffee/Tea
Coffee/tea and refreshments will be served at the Exhibition Area, at the designated times.
Bring Your Own Bottle / Cup
Water dispensers are provided at the Congress venue, and you are encouraged to bring your own bottles to refill drinking water. Each delegate will receive a souvenir cup in their congress kit.
Lunch for Delegates
Buffet Lunch will be provided on 27 and 28 March 2026, at the Exhibition Area, Level 1, HKCEC. Special Treats are provided by the Symposium Sponsors inside Convention Hall C, during the Symposium.
Prayer Room
A well-equipped Prayer Room is located at G206, Phase II in HKCEC.

Language
English is the official language of the Congress.
Badge Identification
Each participant will receive a name badge upon registration. All participants are requested to wear their name badges throughout the Congress and social programs. Only badge holders will be admitted to the Congress venue, meeting rooms and social programs. Re-issuance of each name badge will incur an administrative charge of HKD100.
Certificate of Attendance
E-Certificate of attendance will be sent by email to those who filled out the Evaluation after the Congress. Accompanying persons will not be awarded any certificates.
Local CME / CPD Accreditation
Local participants can be accredited by Continuing Medical Education (CME) / Continuous Professional Development (CPD) points from various colleges as follows. Please signify your attendance daily at the venue for CME/CPD accreditation. The sign-in table will be located next to Information Counter, on Level 1, HKCEC.

Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available at the venue. To ensure reasonable performance and fair use by all users, there is a 4-hour usage limit of the free Wi-Fi service upon registration for each user. User account will be automatically logged out after a 4-hour idle period.
Adverse Weather Arrangements
Announcement on the arrangement under adverse weather condition, e.g. torrential rain or typhoon, will be made through emails to delegates, the Congress website and the Congress Mobile App. For enquiry, please call (852) 2852 2382.
Remarks: Any cancellation of the activities due to inclement weather or any other causes beyond the control of the organizers, there will not be any refund for the said cancellation. In case of any disputes, decision of the organizers shall be final and conclusive.
Liability
The organizers will not be liable for personal accidents, or any loss or damage of private property during the Congress. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
