Registration Fees

The payment of registration fee will be processed in Hong Kong Dollar. USD is for reference only.

2. Trainee / Resident rates are offered to OMF trainees and residents. Trainee / Resident verification is required when registering.
3. Students must upload valid Student ID card or a letter of confirmation from the Department/ Faculty of the school when registering.
4. Allied Health Professional category is for administrative personnel, practice managers, clinical personnel, nurses, physician’s assistants or other similar roles.

Programming for Trainees will be included throughout the congress.  Trainees will be invited to a special networking reception.

3. A city tour

Method of Payment

Payment must be made in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) by the following methods:

1. Credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
2. Alipay

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation must be made in writing to info@acoms2026.org. The following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of written notification.

On or before 1 December 2025: 100% refund less an administrative fee of HK$500.
On or before 1 February 2026: 50% refund less an administrative fee of HK$500.
After 1 February 2026: No refund

All refunds will be made after the Congress. We regret that we are unable to make any exceptions due to family obligations or illness.

Letter of Invitation

Letter of invitation will be sent to the registrants by email automatically upon receipt of registration. This invitation is intended to facilitate the participant to apply leave or travel arrangement to attend the Congress. It does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.

Insurance

Participants are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The organizers and the Secretariat are not responsible for any kind of insurance for attendees. Participants must provide their own health insurance.

Rules and Regulations

• Registrations are subject to acceptance on a “first-come-first-served” basis.
• Each registrant should complete a separate ONLINE Registration Form.
• Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
• Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. If you could not receive this confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Secretariat at info@acoms2026.org.
• The program is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Congress, the only and maximum liability of the Organizers is to refund all the fees paid.
• The participants recognize and accept the Organizers collect, process and store personal data exclusively for processing registration to the Congress as well as for general preparation work for the Congress. You have the right of access and correction with respect to your personal data held by us. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact the Congress Secretariat.
• The decision of the Organizers shall be final and conclusive.
• All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
